A grout-based crack stitching kit by Titan Ties for repairing cracks in masonry. 6mm stainless steel helical bars (in 1m lengths), single component grout, a mixing paddle, grout applicator gun, plastic pointing attachments and brick trowel are provided within our standard kits.
Pro kits contain the following in addition to the standard kit- an SDS Mortar Raking Chisel, Stainless Steel Pointing Attachment and a pro mixing paddle.
Grout is provided on the basis of 5kg (3l) per 10m of bar. Please select kit size (10 or 20 bar).
Crack stitching kits are commonly used to reconnect and reinforce cracked masonry. The bars are bonded (stitched) within mortar beds across cracks in a wall using grout to increase the tensile and flexural strength of masonry.
If you cannot find the option that you require, please contact us for a bespoke quotation. Other helical bar diameters and lengths are available on request and bars can be supplied in any quantity.

After the crack stitching repair is completed and cured, use Titan Ties Injectable Repair Mortar to fill the cracked masonry. Colour matching mortar kits are also available on request.
