Titan Ties Cementitious Grout is a high-performance, pre-blended anchoring grout engineered with polymer-enhanced additives to deliver exceptional strength and stability. Designed for versatile application, it can be injected using a pointing gun or placed by trowel to create a reliable bond between masonry substrates and steel fixings.
Only clean water is required to activate the blend, producing a cohesive, shrink-compensated grout suitable for anchoring and crack stitching. Once installed, Titan Ties Cementitious Grout expands to form a tight interface within the prepared hole or chase; securing bolts, wall ties, helical bars, or other reinforcement elements firmly into the surrounding material.
The formulation is compatible with a wide range of construction materials - including natural stone, brickwork, blockwork and concrete.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Titan Ties Cementitious Grout used for?
Titan Ties Cementitious Grout is a high-performance anchoring grout used for crack stitching, cementitious wall ties, sock anchors and other structural masonry repair applications. It is designed to bond steel fixings securely into brickwork, blockwork, natural stone and concrete.
Is this a just-add-water grout?
Yes. Titan Ties Cementitious Grout is a single-component grout that only requires 1 litre of clean, cold water to activate the full 5kg powder mix. No separate resin or additional additives are needed.
How do I mix Titan Ties Cementitious Grout?
Remove the powder bag from the tub, place 1 litre of clean, cold water into the tub, then gradually add the full powder mix while blending with an electric paddle. Mix for about 2 minutes until smooth, then load into the pointing gun.
How much grout does one tub make?
Each 5kg tub yields approximately 3 litres of mixed grout when combined with 1 litre of water.
How much coverage do I get from one tub?
One mixed tub is typically sufficient for around 10 linear metres of crack stitching or 5 linear metres of cementitious ties, assuming a 22mm hole. Actual coverage will vary depending on hole or chase size and the application method.
How long does the mixed grout remain usable?
Once mixed, the grout remains usable for approximately 30 minutes. The grout should also be re-mixed each time the pointing gun is refilled to maintain consistency during use.
How should the masonry be prepared before application?
Masonry substrates should be clean, free from dust, and wetted prior to application. Proper preparation helps improve bond performance and grout placement.
What temperature range should I use the grout in?
Do not use Titan Ties Cementitious Grout when temperatures are below 5°C or above 25°C.
Can the grout be injected with a pointing gun?
Yes. The product is designed to be injected using a pointing gun or placed by trowel, depending on the application.
What strength does Titan Ties Cementitious Grout achieve?
The page states a compressive strength of 55 N/mm², making it suitable for structural anchoring and reinforcement applications.
