Ultracure Damp Proofing Cream is a BBA approved silicone emulsion cream for injection into brickwork to control rising damp. Ultracure can be used as an injection dpc in all types of masonry without the use of high pressure equipment.

Ultracure is easy to apply and odourless. It is delivered by hand pressure from a simple applicator gun into a series of holes drilled into the mortar course. From here the low molecular weight Silane effectively migrates into the masonry pores and fully passivates across the mortar joint as the cream reverts to a liquid phase. Upon curing a hydrophobic chemical damp proof barrier is formed in-situ. Curing of the DPC starts immediately with the final cure taking 2-6 weeks depending upon wall thickness.
Extensive field experience with this technology demonstrates that Ultracure will perform as well as any conventional liquid injection system against rising damp.
Typical coverage rate is 1L of Ultracure per 10 linear metres of wall (assuming a typical 115mm brick wall). See image for more information

After installation, holes in the mortar course can be filled with Colour Matched Plastic Plugs or repointed with Titan Ties Injectable Repair Mortar.
